Have you been trying to find a way to help you community, a
way to try to help save a person’s life? On Friday February 15 the Blood Source
will be coming to East Nicolaus campus to have students, staff or the community
to collect as much blood as they can for their patients.

“I have not donated yet,” says Krysta Wanner.
It might be scary at first to donate blood for the first
time but you have to try so you could have the satisfaction that you helped
someone, and maybe it will help you get rid of one of you fears in life. If you
did it once and had a bad experienced maybe the second time will be much better
because you will not be as nervous as
the first time.
A teacher form East Nicolaus, Mr. Wolcott, explains what he
liked best about the blood drive, and he said
After you donate blood you will receive food, and drinks and
a free t-shirt.
Don’t forget you must be older than sixteen, bring an I.D
with you, eat healthy and drink plenty of water!
“Glad this grand event takes a place here,” Mr. Wolcott
says.
If you
need more information about donating or would want to make an appointment for
another occasion you could call 866-822-5663 or you could go on www.bloodsource org/appointmentcenter.
